Waitstaff is always hit or miss here. Entry level hospitality workers for the most part. A few veteran front of house staff, but not a consistent feature. Good food, large portions, menu is a bit on the large side and can make for a tough time when choosing a meal. Sauces have a tendency to be sweet rather than savory. This isn't limited to tomato based sauces either. The gravy on the open faced turkey sandwich posseses this characteristic as well.

Picture this.... hungry family of three, 9:40 pm.... and they were super duper nice and didnt get all upset that we came in right before closing. Food was great, service exceptional!
